The Fuselage was assembled longerons down. F-28 and the Instrument Panel were inserted longerons up, rather than put a slit in the table.

  The Fuselage bottom ready for glassing. A jig was made from the side jigs, conforming to the bottom curvature. This allowed attaching the bottom after cure.

The Heat Duct, clamped and coerced into shape.

  The Seatback Brace and Map Pocket, supports taped in place.

Assembled Fuselage, with vertical Firewall sides that mate with the AeroCAD bottom cowling.

  Assembled Fuselage, ready for contouring, with the one-piece (for now) AeroCAD Canopy, Turtleback and Cowling.
